Q: Do I need any special software?
A: No. Both systems run in Google Sheets, which is free. All you need is a Google account and a browser.
Q: Do Breeder's Edge and Gene Vault sync automatically?
A: No — animal data is copied and pasted (text only) between the two files manually. There is no automatic sync.
Q: Which breedables do these work with?
A: Both systems are designed for Second Life breedables and can be adapted to any breed or species that uses visual and carried traits.
